1. General Cleaning (All Locations)

• Full Basic Service included

• High-touch disinfection (doors, switches, railings, shared surfaces)

• Extended dusting (picture frames, vents, ledges up to 8 ft)

• Baseboards wiped (not scrubbed)

• Interior glass detailing (doors, partitions, entry glass)

• Spot cleaning on walls for fingerprints and smudges

• Light furniture shifting to clean underneath (chairs, small tables)

• Vacuum edging along walls and corners

2. Rental Halls

• Table and chair detailing (legs, edges, undersides wiped)

• Stage/platform wipe-down

• Kitchenette/bar area wipe-down (counters, sinks, exterior appliances)

• Restroom refresh with deeper sink/toilet cleaning

• Entryway detailing (glass, mats, corners)

• Light odor neutralizing (non-invasive)

3. Offices

• Desk surface sanitizing (around personal items)

• Conference room detailing (chairs, table legs, touchpoints)

• Breakroom appliance cleaning (microwave interior included)

• Cubicle partition spot cleaning

• Printer/copier dust removal

• Restroom restock + deeper sink/toilet cleaning

• High dusting above 10–12 ft

• Furniture moving (heavy items)
